Dear Mr. Miller,
It is encouraging to hear about your work with the Vial of Life Project. Vial of Life programs have become very popular in the last few years, with several thousands alone sponsored in the United States. It is good to know that there is another program available that does not have a cost to participate.
Medical Information programs in the Sacramento area have been sponsored by various organizations, i.e. service groups, medical associations, animal safety groups and individual citizens. Metro Fire provides our citizens with information on contacting local medical or aging services for information for information about the various, Medical Information programs, or how to search the Internet for such programs. We also recommend citizens place an information sheet with medical conditions, medication names and emergency contacts on the refrigerator door.
